Since I stink at journal writing, I'm writing in this instead.
Our dear little dino baby is 3 months old now! Cecily is becoming quite the character. She is either super happy and smiling like there's no tomorrow, or screaming. There's not much in between. She still hates to be put down, but is ok for a little while if you put her hanging toys over her and she can kick the beach ball. She loves to suck on her fingers, but sometimes shoves them too far in her mouth and gags herself. Tonight I went to change her diaper, and right when I opened it, she started to pee. When I started explaining this to Jonathan, she laughed at me. She snores. She's recently decided that she doesn't like to nurse, but will take a bottle just fine. This is frustrating, because I seriously dislike pumping, and don't want to give her formula just yet. I'm hoping it's a temporary thing and she'll get over it. She also recently switched her sleeping schedule around and has started falling asleep at about 8:30 instead of 11, and she wakes up between 6:30 and 7:30. It's pretty awesome. She has the biggest frown I've ever seen, but unfortunately I haven't gotten a picture of it yet. She can't fall asleep unless she's holding something; someone's thumb, her skirt or blanket, my hair, and if nothing else is around, she'll grab one of the bars on her crib. Overall, she's insanely cute, and we love her SO much!!

In other news, we're seriously looking for a house now. We got our mortgage stuff all worked out today, so hopefully soon, we'll have a place to call home! I am so excited! We'll probably end up getting a crappy foreclosure that needs a lot of work, but Jonathan really likes that kind of stuff, and I'm excited to learn. Plus, we get to fix it up like we want it. It's gonna be an adventure.
Jonathan is still working and going to school. a lot. I barely get to see him, and that sucks. But, it's better than the fall when I won't get to see him ever, so I'm trying to make the best of the time we have. I came home the other day, and there was a present lying on my pillow. Mancala. We've played it a few times, and I love it! He's kicked my butt almost every time.
We did tie-dye with the activity days girls at church tonight, and they LOVED it. Of course, so did I. It was definitely our most successful activity. If anyone has any ideas for things to do with 8-12 year old girls, let me know!
